new month, new goals

old methods though.

back to basics.

1. eat right
2. exercise often
3. try new shit - keep it fresh

I might join a boxing or fighting gym.....nothing like throwing some semi-lethal kicks.

you should definetly join a Kickboxing or boxing gym. By-far they are top tier conditioned athletes... i've lost 20lbs in 4 months, but maintaing muscle.... i might find one out here... or take some capoeira lessons...

and another one... go on a colon cleanse. a natural one..... or fast.... try it.. you'll lose weight but trying to keep it off is the hard part.

true enough...I've been watching lots of UFC and I figure I can be a champ in about 6 months...lol

my girl's mom works at a nutritional supplement co. in the states. I'll ask her to ship me some "washout".
